Enjoy highlights from The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington's 2022 Black Catholic History Month Mass on Sunday, November 13! Events began with Praise & Worship, followed by Mass at St. Augustine Catholic Church in NW Washington, DC. Wilton Cardinal Gregory, Archbishop of Washington, was the Principal Celebrant and Homilist, with Father Pat Smith and Father Robert Boxie acting as concelebrants. Father Boxie also honored the 75th Anniversary of the Howard University Bison Catholic Ministry during the Mass, with the Howard University Liturgical Dancers being a part of this liturgy as well!
