Every year Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington celebrates a special Jubilarian Mass where hundreds of couples renew their wedding vows and receive commemorative certificates celebrating their anniversaries of 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 or more years of wedded life.
Bob and Laurin Balkam are celebrating 75 years of marriage and while they were unable to attend this year's Jubilarian Mass, they were still able to renew their wedding vows and receive a certificate.
